FABRIC EXPANDER ADJUSTMENT

A/ BACK GROUND

Mis-adjust expanding device will cause fabric edges could not be expanded completely before goes inside the Rinsing box or washer, thus sometimes crease marks occurred to sensitive fabric

Key points of mis-adjust of expanding device:

1, Roller installation

2, Rotation of rollers

3, Angle between two Rollers

4, Fabric Tension adjustment

B/ SETTING

B.1, Installation of Screw Rollers: MAKE SURE THE UPPER AND LOWER ROLLER SHOULD BE INSTALLED AS PER LEFT PHOTO.

B.2. Adjust the horizontal position of Screw Roller to

obtain Expanding Angle for efficiency of the screw

roller.

B.3. Rotation of Rollers: make sure the rotation

of roller should be as per photo, if rotation is not correct,

please change the wire direction of motors.

C, LOAD FABRIC

LOAD FABRIC AS PER THIS DRAWING AND OBTAIN THE TENSION BY INSTALL ROLLER CORRECT AS SHOWING IN B.2.
